Read on and discover how you can make a difference!   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10-20 hours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8216;s-Gravenzande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HBO or experience in administration and accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Your role at Geers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key support to the team and ensure that daily administrative processes run smoothly. Your duties include: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing quotes, orders and invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with customer contact via phone and email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative processing in our systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Archiving and maintaining documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support colleagues with various administrative tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You work accurately, think collaboratively and make sure everything is processed neatly and on time.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We are looking for someone who:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Has a proactive and customer-oriented attitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurate and structured work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative strong and has an affinity for accounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work independently but is also a true team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>What you can expect from Geers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Part-time position (10-20 hours per week &#8211; to be filled by mutual agreement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fine, informal work atmosphere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A varied job within an innovative and growing company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunity to grow and develop with you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ready to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Are you the person who brings structure to administration and want to be part of our team at Geers?
